Teams Rooms transforms any room into a conference room. Replacing the traditional conference phone with a console, it adds audio and video experience to the meeting room; something which many conference rooms lack. Teams Rooms integrates with your existing infrastructure, for example, projectors and speakers and it scales to rooms of any size. It is straightforward to use, runs Windows 10 and is managed through the Teams admin portal, providing a familiar, user-friendly interface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How Does It Work?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Your meeting room(s) will have a Teams Rooms-compatible device on the table. Once you connect your laptop, the console becomes the controller. One-touch join allows you to join your scheduled meeting with one touch of the console. You can also add participants, share content, mute participants and more. The console can also be used to create an ad hoc meeting; simply use the directory to add participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Teams rooms also allows participants who are not at their laptop to \u2018dial in\u2019 using a mobile, landline or Bluetooth device. The advantages of this include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
