The Hotel Operations Conference (HOC) took place this year on the 23rd of May 2018 at The Montcalm Hotel in Marble Arch, London. It brought together people involved in all areas of hotel operations, from hotel development, hotel investment and human resources, to hotel technology, utilities, guest loyalty and franchising.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Cardonet team were on hand to chat to some of our existing customers, meet new people and learn more about the priorities of the various players in the hotel sector in order to understand where their biggest challenges lay.<\/p>\n

We found that it was a superb and information filled day, with speakers and panellists representing a range of different hotels, hotel investors, hotel brands, hotel management companies and hotel specialists. Of particular interest to us were the hotel technology challenges that hotels were being faced with, such as\u00a0Hotel GDPR Compliance<\/strong><\/a>, Hotel PCI Compliance<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0Hotel IT Support<\/strong><\/a> and Hotel Cyber Security<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0all of which we can help hotel operators with, in addition to a range of other Hotel IT Solutions<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n
