Last week the hotel and hospitality industries came together at Grosvenor House in London to recognise and reward the people behind some of the UK’s most excellent hotels and restaurants. We are pleased to report that it was a particularly good evening for one of our customers, Harbour Hotels, who were named as the UK Hotel Group of the Year for 2018.
The awards and the recognition were both very well deserved and we would like to extend our heartiest congratulations to them for all of the excellent work they do, as well as for their mature approach to the use of technology in the hotel sector.

Having launched in 2003, Harbour Hotels is a growing hotel group that is currently made up of 14 hotels, each located in unique settings in the south of England and each designed to take full advantage of its’ natural surroundings. Included within the group are a number of award winning ‘Jetty Restaurants’, as well as some incredibly popular and luxurious HarSpas.
The group was recognised on the night for their consistently outstanding quality of service, their outstanding food offering and for the excellent accommodation offered across their complete range of properties. To win the award the team at Harbour Hotels demonstrated their incredible attention to detail, something that they are masters at, as well as showed their commitment to their future development as a group.
