As an organisation, we have adopted a Kaizen approach to everything we do. That means that we are always on the lookout for and we are always ready to make small, ongoing positive changes with the view to continuously improving. That includes our celebrations, with Halloween being one of the days we have enormous fun as an organisation.
Following on from an excellent Halloween last year, we looked to up our game once again and introduced some of those small, positive changes. We also introduced some bigger ones, with our Halloween group going all out by decorating all of our break out areas with spiderwebs and all things scary. Our entire team were encouraged to dress up and there were scary movies streamed all day, with copious amounts of sweets and popcorn on tap. As the day progressed, scary pizzas were ordered and the beer fridge was creaked open.
Cakes! As is the Cardonet way, there were two magnificent cakes delivered and devoured. It was incredibly challenging to say no.
Words can’t fully describe the effort that went into Halloween at Cardonet in 2018, so let the photos tell their own story. I can’t wait to see what we do to improve our Halloween celebrations in 2019!
